FSAE Polytechnique Montreal 24

During the 2024 season, my role was to redesign every components of the battery, focusing on build quality and manufacturability. The overall result was a great sucess as the battery manufacturing had no hiccups and was done in record breaking time for the team. The overall weight was also reduced by 2 kg, while also having every part being UL94-v0 compliant.

The overall build quality was very good and safe to work in as not risk of dropping tools or bolts to create short circuits.
